But of course, as it is a free version, it has many limitations. 

It’s free CRM offers contact insights, deals, and tasks. It also has CMS Hub, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.

The tool includes voice, email, chat, and video channel access in-app. Like many other tools, this also has a mobile app that is available in iOS and Android.

Zoho CRM is another great tool that is very easy to use. With its simple interface, social media features, etc. it certainly is perfect for those who are just starting in CRM.

Three users can use the unpaid plan. And it is perfect for those who want to improve their business through sales and marketing.

It can also be integrated with Twitter, Google+, and Facebook. However, it doesn’t have email tracking or individual lead notifications.
